Featured event
Parasite Biodiversity Day
in celebration of COP 15
“Gross” is the word often pops up when people hear about parasites. However, at the Parasite Biodiversity Day Event, we want to share with you why parasites are “awesome” creatures with huge biodiversity as we take a closer look at them.

These almost-invisible creatures influence many areas including agriculture, economics, and public health, yet often being neglected. Together with different parasitologists from all around the world, we come together for this two-day event. While presenting our own studies of parasites, we also want to reveal to you how diverse and important the parasites are -- on the conservation of the parasites themselves and to their diverse host taxa including humans.

Other events
In addition to our outreach events and educational initiatives, we are proud to support the wider parasitology community by providing outreach materials to fellow parasitologists. We supply resources that help communicate the importance of parasitology to diverse audiences. This collaborative approach helps broaden the reach and impact of parasitology education and engagement efforts across the border.
